Later in the chapter, we see that Gen Narumi was fighting Kaiju 11 and doing his best to defeat this guy. Get tried to avoid as many of Kaiju 11’s attacks as he could, one after the other, before coming close and trying to hit him in the head. But Kaiju 11 dodges it easily and says he knows that one move.
The number one Kaiju was called the “Future Sight” Kaiju, but in reality, it is just a fake version of foreknowledge. You just look at the electrical signals that the target body sends out and use that information to figure out what it will do next. Along with that, we also see that you can’t guess how an inorganic threat that automatically moves toward you will move.
We can see that Kaiju 11 is fighting it off, and everyone is sure that he is, because, after all, they are talking about Captain Narumi.
His close-quarters fighting skills are about the same as those of Vice-captain Hoshina. Also, they are at the top of the defense force as a whole.
At the same time, as Gen Narumi tries to strike Kaiju 11 with his unique ability, “Squadronstyle Gunsword Technique Number One,” Kaiju 11 declares, “I know that one,” and begins attacking him with the Eruption Slash.
In addition, when Gen Narumi began hitting Kaiju 11 with his many different attacks, such as Number One Eruption Slash, Number Three Thunder Fire, Number Four Flame Shower, Number Five Sky Turner, and many more, Kaiju 11 stated that he knew all of them and easily dodged all of them.

Monster #8 Chapter 87: What to Expect and Spoilers
Later in the story, Kaiju 11 tells Gen Narumi that he was given Isao Shinomiya’s memories. With this information, he makes a very strong punch at Gen. Narumi, which does a lot of damage.
Along with that, the caster says that Numbers Weapn 1’s right torso is badly damaged, causing a bypass from Circuit Two to Circuit Four, a hairline fracture in eight and nine ribs on the left side, and two percent of the suit’s built-in muscle to be used to stop bleeding.
